ACEVO at Labour Conference 2014

This year ACEVO hosts two of the largest civil society events at Labour Conference. They are held in partnership with Charities Aid Foundation, the Social Investment Business and Big Society Capital. Speakers include Lisa Nandy MP, Baroness Hayter, Sir Stephen Bubb, Gareth Thomas MP, Chi Onwurah MP, Steve Reed MP OBE, Rt Hon Sadiq Khan MP & Dr John Low CBE.

Event 1. The Civil Society Rally: Launching the Red Book of the Voluntary Sector

 

Date and time: Sunday 21 September, 18:00 – 19:00

Location: Derby Suite, The Midland Hotel, Manchester

 

In the largest civil society event at Labour Conference this year, ACEVO launch our Red Book of the Voluntary Sector, a collection of essays by Labour parliamentarians and rising stars with a foreword by Ed Miliband, Leader of the Labour Party.
