#ACEVOFest21 speakers: Sonia Home

ACEVO’s digital leadership festival is back this year from 2-4 November. The full programme is available on the website and in this blog series, you will get to know our speakers a little bit better.

Sonia Home, director, C-me Colour Profiling

At #ACEVOFest21, Sonia will highlight some of the key challenges now facing CEOs, and look at what this means for how we help others navigate change and how we may need to flex our style and ways of working as leaders.

What makes you hopeful?

Nature, sunlight, faith.

What do you know now that you didn’t know at the beginning of 2020?

How much I want and need to externally process things!

What message you’d like to send to yourself to read a year from now?

Keep centered, do what gives you life.

Can you recommend: a book, a series/film, a podcast?

Godpod (podcast) is a great theological discussion.

Did you incorporate a new habit in your day to day routine in the past 18 months that you can share with us?

A daily walk (for a while) – this has made me so aware of the need to be outside.

What do you miss the most from working at the office?

Coffee, chat, time and space on the journey.

And what you love the most from working remotely?

The ability to pop into the garden between calls, or even do them on a walk sometimes.

What’s your favourite thing to do for your own wellbeing?

Run. Ideally with a good friend and somewhere green.
