ACEVO’s partner Womble Bond Dickinson has written a briefing exclusively for ACEVO members, analysing the long-awaited judgement of the case against the CEO and trustees of Kids Company. The case considered the possibility of director disqualification orders being made against trustees of the insolvent charity and whether the charity’s chief executive should be classed as a “de facto” director and also disqualified (spoiler alert: no). This year’s Pay and Equalities survey is now live. For over 10 years, your responses to this survey have allowed us to provide the sector with a full, up-to-date picture of pay and reward for its chief executives, as well as an understanding of diversity and equality at senior levels.
