The Aspiring CEOs programme will give delegates powerful practical skills and a sound base of leadership knowledge that will serve them well in current and future roles.

This session will walk you through the essential elements you need to focus on to create the environment for you and your teams to deliver impact and thrive in this challenging environment.
Tuesday 22 October, 10:00 – 16:00
Join this engaging and highly interactive session where we will equip you with the essential tools and strategies to navigate through an ever-evolving operating landscape.The session will identify different reactions to change and how you can respond to them as a leader.
Tuesday 12 November, 10:00 – 16:00
Gain insights on your organisation’s DEI strengths and weaknesses, develop a personalised action plan with timelines, and build accountability with a peer.
Wednesday 27 November, 09:30 – 16:00
This online workshop will look at the CEO/chair relationship from both perspectives. Chairs and chief executives are both welcome; we recommend you come as a pair. It’s a good opportunity to take stock of and review how you work together.
Wednesday 4 December, 10:00 – 16:00
This full day leadership learning workshop will consider how a charity CEO can ensure the necessary support for their chair to enable them to lead governance effectively, delivering great results and maintaining healthy and productive relationships in the boardroom and beyond.
Thursday 6 February, 10:00 – 16:00
Designed specifically for chief executives of small and medium-sized charities, this workshop will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead digital transformation and innovation in your charity.
Aspiring CEOs programme
The Aspiring CEOs programme will give delegates powerful practical skills and a sound base of leadership knowledge that will serve them well in current and future roles.
Action learning sets provide a space for up to eight charity CEOs to gather together every month to explore the issues they are currently navigating. This cohort will remain the same for six months, so trust and mutual understanding grows over this period.
